About Anahit
Prize-winner of several international piano competitions, 14-year-old Anahit from Javaghk is a student of Nino Katamadze at the Tbilisi Conservatory. The AAF loans her a grand piano and covers costs related to her studies thanks to a yearly donation from Levon and Ana Afeyan of Montreal, Quebec. Anahit was also a full-fellow at our Zartonk Music Academy in 2019.

18-year-old prize-winner of several voice competitions and a private student in Yerevan, Anna, a native of Javaghk, continues to receive full financial support for her music studies from the AAF thanks to a yearly donation from the Misakyan family of Toronto, Ontario. About Hayk

Young talented tenor-to-be, 12-year-old Gevorg from the Kotayk is a student of Lilia Gijlaryan at the Kanaker Music School in Yerevan. About Christina
A student of Anna Mayilyan at the Komitas Conservatory in Yerevan, 19-year-old Christina from Vernashen (Vayots Dzor region) started singing in the AAF choir programs. Her studies are funded by the AAF thanks to a yearly donation from the Misakyan family of Toronto, Ontario. Christina was also a full-fellow at our Zartonk Music Academy in 2019.
About Gohar
Multiple prize-winning 12-year-old pianist Gohar started music with the Atken Armenian Foundation, singing in our choir and taking piano lessons in Yegheknadzor. She is now a student of Tigran Berkelyan at the Tchaikovsky Music School in Yerevan. The AAF funds weekly extra lessons and loans her a piano to work on at home thanks to a donation from the Misakyan family of Toronto, Ontario.
About Dariné
Jazz vocal student at the Yerevan State College of Culture and Arts, 17-year-old Dariné is a native of Stepanakert, Artsakh. The AAF is the main sponsor of her studies thanks to a donation from Greg Spendjian and Donna Cochran of beautiful Salt Spring Island, British Columbia. She is the soloist of "Artsakhikner" a young Jazz group put together by jazzman Tigran Suchyan Toti comprised of youths from Yerevan and Artsakh.
About Margarita
A student of Tsovinar Hovhannisyan at the Komitas Conservatory in Yerevan, 18-year-old Yerevan-born Margarita, is a multi-prize-winning young artist. The AAF is the main sponsor of her studies thanks to a donation from the Topalian family of London, England. We look forward to following the development of this exceptional talent and her work promoting Armenian culture.
About Nariné
A voice student of Anna Poghosyan at the Komitas Conservatory in Yerevan, 19-year-old Nariné, from Yerevan, dreams of becoming an opera singer but is also fascinated by the music of the Armenian liturgy. Her studies are partially funded this year by the AAF thanks to a donation from the Topalian family of London, England.

A student of Sergey Kechek at the Komitas Conservatory in Yerevan, 22-year-old pianist Mané, from the Ararat region, has several projects up her sleeve to raise funds for internally displaced families from Artsakh. A Master's voice student of Gayane Geghamyan at the Komitas Conservatory in Yerevan, 24-year-old Siranush from Yerevan plans to audition in Europe for opera studios and houses. About Monika
15-year-old Monika, from Yegheknadzor (Vayots Dzor), is a private flute student of the principal flute of the Armenian Philharmonic, Narek Avagyan. She is a prize-winner of several national competitions and likes to compose music too! The AAF fully funds her flute lessons and loans her an excellent Yamaha flute thanks to continued support from Antoine and Sheila Terjanian of Ottawa, Canada.
About Yana
7-year-old Yana is a bright young student of Nune Danielyan at the Spendiaryan Music School in Yerevan. She loves to dance and paint and is passionate about her beloved Qanon, an instrument we have on loan to her from our Music Instrument Bank. We also fully fund this youngest AAF Fellow's lessons.
